Originally formed in 1991, we have experienced over 26 years
of growth and development. Our vision is to run a consultancy that gives clear,
honest, independent guidance and a reliable service that clients would want to
come back to time and time again. As we have grown, our focus has been on three

leading refurbishment programmes, managing lift and escalator administration by
